Your declaration
By signing up for one of our courses, you:
- Verify that the information you provided to us in connection with your enrollment is accurate, true, and complete as of the day you provided it.
- Verify that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to abide by the material in this page, the links to the pertinent policies, and our code of ethics.
- Verify that you have access to a suitable workspace, if required, a computer with an internet connection and Microsoft Office software or a comparable programme, the ability to view YouTube, and any other hardware, software, or equipment required by the course you are enrolling in (your "Course") as described on our website.
- Accept to keep your current email address on file so that you can be reached during the course and so that we can contact you formally via email and the learning environment.
- Verify that you are aware of the difficulties in finding a suitable workplace, especially for tasks related to assessments for students who are not of working age.
Payment terms
When you sign up for one of our courses:
- Verify that you have read the fees for your course, understand them, and that you are willing to pay them.
- Verify that, if you are under 18, your parental consent form, which includes their approval of the payment of fees arrangements, has been filed.
- We have the right to limit access to our institute, classrooms, and online learning environment if you don't pay the entire course price by the deadline.
- If you're paying your course fee in instalments, you must pay each instalment on or before the due dates. If the fee is paid after the due date, you may be charged a late fee.
- Any hardware, software, printed materials, equipment, or other supplies for your course that are indicated on our website as necessities;
Withdrawal and refunds
- You can get a full refund without penalties or fees before your course starts
- If you don’t complete the course within its mandatory timeframe, your enrolment expires without refund, unless you have paid a fee for an extension.
- Course fees won’t be refunded as a result of a course change
